About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our team and lead the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. You will be responsible for the entire RPA development lifecycle, from identifying automation opportunities to designing, building, testing, and deploying robust and scalable RPA solutions.

Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA. Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath Studio. Integrate RPA solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications. Utilize SQL to interact with databases and extract data for RPA workflows. Develop and maintain robust exception handling mechanisms for RPA solutions. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of RPA solutions. Document RPA workflows and processes. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful deployments. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies. May be involved in mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in software development or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath. Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot. Proven experience in developing reusable and maintainable RPA workflows. Working knowledge of SQL and experience in interacting with databases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD). Experience with other RPA tools and technologies (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience working in a DevOps environment.
